Paste both your resume and a job description to see your match score and the keywords you are missing.
This runs entirely in your browser. Your resume and the job description are never uploaded.
How it works
- 1
Paste your resume
Drop in the text of your resume. It is read on your device only.
- 2
Paste the job description
Add the advert you are applying to so the check knows what to look for.
- 3
Review the match
See your keyword match score, missing terms to consider adding, and basic format checks, then edit and re-run.
Free, private, and no catch
No sign-up, no watermark, and no paywall on the download — unlike most resume builders. Everything runs in your browser, so your details are processed on your own device and never sent to a server. Once it works, it keeps working offline.
Frequently asked questions
- How does the match score work?
- It pulls the meaningful terms out of the job description, such as skills, tools and role-specific words, and checks which ones appear in your resume. The score reflects that overlap, and the missing-terms list shows what to weave in where it is honestly true of you.
- Should I just stuff in every keyword?
- No. Add only terms that genuinely describe your experience, and put them in context within your bullet points. Keyword stuffing reads badly to the human who sees your resume after the ATS, and modern systems weigh context, not just raw counts.
- Does it store my resume or the job description?
- No. Both are processed in your browser and never sent anywhere. Nothing is uploaded, logged or saved on a server, so pasting a current resume with personal details is safe.
- Is my data sent to a server?
- No. Everything runs locally in your browser. What you type is kept on your own device, nothing is uploaded, and nothing is logged or stored. Close the tab and your details go with it, unless you save them yourself.
